Consignment Supply Agreement

Regular product sales contracts provide a contractual framework for continuous or regular delivery of goods on a long-term basis. The seller of the goods will supply the buyer and the buyer intends to use the goods for their own use or resell them under its own brand. This regime must therefore be compared to that of a distribution report. These are some of the most important clauses to follow: it indicates the initial duration of the shipping period or the schedule. Normally, it takes a month and this automatically extends from one month to the next, unless one of the parties decides to terminate it. All these parties are considered to be part of the same agreement. For both the sender and the consignee, the document they sign is the “agreement” on matters related to their consignment business.
