Hia Building Agreement

We often receive requests from clients seeking an explanation of the points listed in Schedule 1 of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) housing contracts. Lump sum damages are defined as the compensation that the contracting authority must pay to the owner if he has not reached the practical completion before the end of the construction period.
